As you can see, all five days are jam-packed with sessions on some of agileÂ’s most challenging issues, from developing meaningful metrics to leading an organization through the transformation process. Having attended in the past, IÂ’m confident youÂ’ll be surprised by how many great ideas youÂ’ll take away from this conference.
